Civility & Respect pledge

Hodthorpe and Belph Parish Council is pleased to announce that it has signed up to the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) Civility and Respect Pledge. This demonstrates the Council’s commitment to promoting a culture of professionalism, respect, and positive engagement in all aspects of local governance.

By signing the pledge, the Council joins local councils across the country in taking a stand against bullying, harassment, and intimidation, while supporting good governance, constructive debate, and respectful relationships between councillors, staff, residents, and partners.
